How do I access my gift cards?
As a Whip Round recipient, you will receive your Lifestyle eGift Card and a link to the message wall via email with instructions on how to redeem included.
You will be asked to redeem your card on our redemption site and create an account with the unique pin given in the email. Once redeemed, you’ll have access to swap and spend your credit at one of our many brands.

Can I amend who the Whip Round goes to?
Yes, you can change the recipient of the Whip Round and the send date at any time prior to closing contributions. This includes switching a collection from being a ‘Send to Someone Else’ whip round to a ‘Send to Me’ whip round.
Can I withdraw a Whip Round to my bank account?
Whip Round contributions are collected and given as a Lifestyle eGift Card. You cannot redeem a Whip Round for cash.
Does it matter what country I set the Pot up in?
Whip Round is currently only available in the United Kingdom, as this is where the Lifestyle eGift Card is redeemable.
Can I edit my message?
All messages are editable as long as the Whip Round is still open. To amend a message, simply go to the contribution page and click on the edit button on the bottom left corner of your message. Update and save when you’re done.
